Your hosts Melvyn & Carole have lived and worked in the area for most of their lives, and are always pleased to share local knowledge with their guests.

We provide modern comfortable, tastefully furnished en-suite accommodation and supply good quality crisp bed linen, bath robes, a hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities and digital Freeview television.

Guests are most welcome to relax and unwind in the Sun Lounge, whilst enjoying the stunning views available over the mature, well maintained gardens.

Room One - The Minster.  This comfortable and welcoming, modern room has twin beds, a good sized shower room with power shower and a futon, which can accommodate a third person for a small additional charge.

Room Two - The Herne.  Our superior and spacious room with panoramic, south facing views over the town, Herne Hill and open countryside to Windwhistle. This room is bright and well furnished, with a comfortable double bed and has a luxury ensuite bathroom with separate power shower. Wake up feeling refreshed and ready for anything!

Room Three - The Blackdown.  This pretty cottage style room is ideal for a romantic weekend away, it has sloping ceilings with roof windows to take full advantage of the wonderful west facing views towards the beautiful Blackdown Hills. This room has its own ensuite shower room and a comfortable double bed.

We can offer a child's cot or futon in room three - for a small charge.
